Return and Refund Policy

Last Updated: Oct.11, 2026

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to purchases made through LogicWise Marketplace (“Marketplace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Because LogicWise Marketplace is a multi-vendor marketplace, products may be sold and fulfilled by independent third-party Vendors (“Vendor,” “Seller,” or “Seller”).

This Policy establishes the general rules for returns, refunds, exchanges, defective products, damaged shipments, incorrect products, and other order issues.

Individual product listings or Vendor policies may provide additional return terms, provided those terms comply with applicable law and Marketplace requirements.

1. OUR RETURN POLICY AT A GLANCE

Unless otherwise stated on the product listing:

  • Customers generally have [30] calendar days from delivery to request a return.
  • Products must generally be returned in the condition required by the applicable listing and return policy.
  • Certain products may be subject to shorter or longer return periods.
  • Defective, damaged, counterfeit, or materially misrepresented products may qualify for additional remedies.
  • Refunds are generally issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.
  • Some products are non-returnable except where defective or otherwise required by law.
  • Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return.

Always review the individual product listing before purchasing.

2. MULTI-VENDOR MARKETPLACE

LogicWise Marketplace connects customers with independent Vendors.

Unless the product is specifically identified as being sold directly by LogicWise Marketplace:

  • The Vendor is the seller of record;
  • The Vendor is responsible for fulfilling the order;
  • The Vendor is responsible for applicable warranties;
  • The Vendor is generally responsible for processing eligible returns;
  • The Vendor is responsible for products that are defective, counterfeit, or materially different from the listing.

The Marketplace may assist with disputes, returns, refunds, and customer protection.

3. RETURN WINDOW

Unless otherwise stated on the product listing, customers may request a return within:

[30] calendar days from the date the product is delivered.

The return period begins on the date the carrier records delivery.

If a return request is submitted within the applicable return period, the customer must follow the return instructions provided by the Marketplace or Vendor.

Certain categories may have different return periods.

4. ELIGIBLE RETURNS

A product may generally be returned when:

  • The wrong product was received;
  • The product is defective;
  • The product is materially different from its listing;
  • The product arrived damaged;
  • Required components were missing;
  • The product is counterfeit;
  • The product does not match the advertised condition;
  • The Vendor otherwise accepts the return;
  • The return is required under applicable law.

For ordinary “change of mind” returns, eligibility depends on the applicable product and Vendor return policy.

5. CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

If you simply no longer want a product, you may request a return within the applicable return period.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • The product must be in substantially the same condition as received;
  • Original accessories should be included;
  • Original packaging should be included where reasonably possible;
  • The product must not have been materially damaged or altered;
  • The customer may be responsible for return shipping.

Some products may not qualify for change-of-mind returns.

6. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If a product is defective or does not function substantially as described, contact us or the Vendor as soon as reasonably possible.

Depending on the circumstances, the customer may receive:

  • A replacement;
  • A repair;
  • A refund;
  • A partial refund;
  • A warranty remedy.

The appropriate remedy may depend on the product, Vendor policy, manufacturer’s warranty, applicable law, and nature of the defect.

7. DEAD-ON-ARRIVAL PRODUCTS

For electronics that arrive non-functional (“DOA”), customers should report the issue promptly.

Where applicable, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Photographs;
  • Video showing the problem;
  • Serial number;
  • IMEI;
  • Product model number;
  • Packaging photographs;
  • Shipping label;
  • Description of troubleshooting performed.

We may require reasonable troubleshooting before approving a return.

8. DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your product arrives damaged:

  1. Photograph the shipping box;
  2. Photograph the shipping label;
  3. Photograph the internal packaging;
  4. Photograph the damaged product;
  5. Contact the Marketplace or Vendor promptly;
  6. Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.

For significant damage, the Marketplace or Vendor may request additional documentation.

Do not discard damaged products unless instructed to do so.

9. WRONG PRODUCT

If you receive a product different from the one ordered, contact us promptly.

The Vendor may provide:

  • A prepaid return label;
  • A replacement;
  • A refund;
  • Other appropriate remedy.

Customers should not incur return shipping costs when the wrong product was shipped by the Vendor.

10. PRODUCT NOT AS DESCRIBED

A product may qualify for a return if it materially differs from the listing.

Examples include:

  • Different model;
  • Different storage capacity;
  • Different processor;
  • Different RAM configuration;
  • Different color where material;
  • Different product condition;
  • Missing advertised accessories;
  • Undisclosed material damage;
  • Incorrect carrier-lock status;
  • Incorrect device compatibility;
  • Incorrect specifications.

Minor cosmetic differences that were clearly disclosed may not qualify.

11. COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS

Counterfeit products are prohibited on the Marketplace.

If you believe a product is counterfeit:

  1. Contact Marketplace Support;
  2. Do not alter or destroy the product;
  3. Provide photographs and identifying information;
  4. Provide purchase information;
  5. Provide any available evidence supporting your claim.

The Marketplace may investigate the Vendor and product.

If the product is determined to be counterfeit, the customer may be eligible for a full refund, subject to applicable law and Marketplace procedures.

The Vendor may be responsible for all related costs and penalties.

12. USED ELECTRONICS

Used products may show reasonable signs of previous use.

The condition will be based on the description provided in the product listing.

A used product may not qualify for a return solely because it shows wear that was accurately disclosed before purchase.

However, a product may qualify for a return if its condition is materially worse than represented.

13. REFURBISHED ELECTRONICS

Refurbished products must be identified as refurbished.

A refurbished product may contain replacement components and may have cosmetic signs of use.

Return eligibility is determined by the applicable listing and Vendor policy.

If a refurbished product is materially different from its description or is defective, the customer may be entitled to a return, replacement, repair, or refund.

14. OPEN-BOX PRODUCTS

Open-box products may have been previously opened or returned.

The listing should identify the condition and included accessories.

Missing components or undisclosed damage may qualify for a return.

15. SMARTPHONES AND CELLULAR DEVICES

For phones and cellular devices, customers should verify:

  • Carrier compatibility;
  • SIM/eSIM compatibility;
  • Carrier lock status;
  • Activation status;
  • IMEI;
  • Storage capacity;
  • Model number;
  • Battery condition;
  • Financing status.

If a device is advertised as unlocked but is carrier-locked, this may qualify as a product-not-as-described return.

Customers should not attempt to alter or manipulate IMEI information.

16. SERIAL NUMBERS AND IMEI VERIFICATION

For certain electronics, the Marketplace or Vendor may record serial numbers, IMEI numbers, or other unique identifiers.

Returns may be rejected or investigated if:

  • The returned product has a different serial number;
  • The IMEI does not match the order;
  • Identification labels have been removed or altered;
  • The product appears to have been substituted;
  • The product has been materially modified.

This policy exists to prevent return fraud and product substitution.

17. SOFTWARE AND PERSONAL DATA

Before returning a computer, phone, tablet, storage device, or other electronics containing personal information, customers should:

  • Back up personal data;
  • Sign out of accounts;
  • Remove activation locks;
  • Remove device-management profiles;
  • Perform a factory reset where appropriate;
  • Remove SIM cards;
  • Remove memory cards;
  • Remove personal passwords and authentication devices.

Customers are responsible for backing up their data before returning a product.

The Marketplace and Vendor are not responsible for data lost during the return, repair, replacement, or refund process.

18. ACTIVATION LOCKS

Customers must remove applicable activation or security locks before returning products.

Examples include:

  • Apple Activation Lock;
  • Google device protection;
  • Microsoft account/device locks;
  • Carrier restrictions;
  • Enterprise device-management locks.

A Vendor may be unable to process a return or resale if a device remains locked to the customer’s account.

19. RETURN CONDITION

Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, incorrect, counterfeit, or materially misrepresented product, the customer may be required to return the product:

  • With included accessories;
  • With required components;
  • Without additional damage;
  • In substantially the same condition as received.

The customer should use appropriate packaging to prevent damage during return shipment.

20. RETURN SHIPPING

Vendor Responsibility

The Vendor generally pays return shipping when the return is caused by:

  • Defective product;
  • Wrong product;
  • Product not as described;
  • Counterfeit product;
  • Shipping damage attributable to the Vendor;
  • Other Vendor error.

Customer Responsibility

The customer may be responsible for return shipping when:

  • The customer changed their mind;
  • The customer ordered the wrong product;
  • The customer selected an incompatible product;
  • The customer no longer wants the product;
  • The product listing clearly stated that the customer pays return shipping.

Applicable law may provide additional rights.

21. RESTOCKING FEES

Restocking fees may only be charged where permitted by applicable law and clearly disclosed before purchase.

Restocking fees generally will not apply to:

  • Defective products;
  • Incorrect products;
  • Counterfeit products;
  • Materially misrepresented products;
  • Products damaged before delivery where the customer is not responsible.

22. RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Customers may be required to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) or return authorization before shipping a product back.

Do not send products to an address obtained outside the official Marketplace return process.

Unauthorized returns may experience delays.

23. RETURN SHIPPING LABELS

Where the Marketplace or Vendor provides a prepaid return label, customers must use the provided label unless otherwise instructed.

Customers should retain the return tracking number until the refund has been completed.

24. LOST RETURN SHIPMENTS

Customers should obtain tracking confirmation when returning products.

If a return shipment is lost:

  • The customer should provide tracking information;
  • The Vendor or Marketplace may investigate;
  • Responsibility may depend on who provided the shipping label and the applicable carrier terms.

High-value electronics may require signature confirmation or insurance.

25. REFUND TIMING

Once an eligible return is received and approved, the refund will generally be initiated within:

[3–7] business days

The payment provider or financial institution may require additional time before the refund appears in the customer’s account.

Actual timing may vary.

26. REFUND METHOD

Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.

Where permitted or necessary, refunds may instead be issued as:

  • Marketplace credit;
  • Store credit;
  • Replacement product;
  • Other agreed form of compensation.

Refunds will not generally be issued in cash for transactions originally paid electronically.

27. PARTIAL REFUNDS

A partial refund may be offered when:

  • The customer keeps a product with a minor undisclosed defect;
  • A non-essential accessory is missing;
  • The customer agrees to keep a product with a disclosed limitation;
  • The product has a minor issue that does not justify a full return;
  • The customer and Vendor agree to a partial refund.

Customers are not required to accept a partial refund when a full refund is otherwise required by applicable law or Marketplace policy.

28. REFUNDS FOR SHIPPING COSTS

When a return is caused by Vendor error, defective merchandise, counterfeit merchandise, or material misrepresentation, applicable original shipping charges may be refunded where required by Marketplace policy or law.

For customer-requested returns, original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

29. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Certain products may be non-returnable except where defective, damaged, incorrect, counterfeit, or otherwise required by law.

Potentially non-returnable categories may include:

  • Downloaded software;
  • Digital products;
  • Activated software licenses;
  • Opened consumable products;
  • Certain memory cards;
  • Certain storage media;
  • Personalized products;
  • Products with hygiene-related restrictions;
  • Products specifically identified as non-returnable;
  • Products prohibited from return by applicable law or safety requirements.

The applicable product listing should clearly identify return restrictions before purchase.

30. SOFTWARE LICENSES

Opening or activating certain software may affect return eligibility where permitted by applicable law and clearly disclosed before purchase.

Customers should review software licensing terms before activation.

This provision does not limit legally required remedies for defective or misrepresented products.

31. WARRANTIES AND RETURNS

A manufacturer’s warranty is separate from the Marketplace return period unless otherwise stated.

After the Marketplace return period expires, customers may need to pursue warranty service through:

  1. The Vendor;
  2. The manufacturer;
  3. An authorized service provider.

The applicable warranty information should be reviewed before purchase.

32. MANUFACTURER RECALLS

If a product is recalled, customers should follow the manufacturer’s recall instructions.

The Marketplace or Vendor may contact affected customers when appropriate.

Recall remedies may include:

  • Replacement;
  • Repair;
  • Refund;
  • Product return;
  • Other manufacturer-provided remedy.

33. CUSTOMER ABUSE AND RETURN FRAUD

The Marketplace may investigate suspected return abuse.

Examples include:

  • Returning a different product;
  • Returning a product with a different serial number;
  • Returning stolen merchandise;
  • Removing components;
  • Deliberately damaging products;
  • Repeatedly abusing return policies;
  • Making fraudulent claims;
  • Returning counterfeit merchandise;
  • Using products and then falsely claiming they were defective.

We may restrict or suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activity.

Nothing in this section limits legitimate consumer rights.

34. VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Vendors are required to:

  • Honor applicable return policies;
  • Accurately describe products;
  • Respond to return requests;
  • Process eligible refunds;
  • Provide appropriate return instructions;
  • Cooperate with Marketplace investigations;
  • Accept returns required under Marketplace policy or applicable law.

The Marketplace may take action against Vendors that fail to meet return obligations.

35. MARKETPLACE ASSISTANCE

If a customer and Vendor cannot resolve a return issue, the Marketplace may intervene.

The Marketplace may:

  • Request additional evidence;
  • Review listing information;
  • Review communications;
  • Review tracking information;
  • Review serial numbers;
  • Contact the Vendor;
  • Issue or facilitate a refund where appropriate;
  • Restrict the Vendor;
  • Take other reasonable measures.

Marketplace intervention does not guarantee a particular outcome.

36. MARKETPLACE PROTECTION

If [MARKETPLACE NAME] offers a Marketplace Protection Program, eligible purchases may receive additional protection.

Protection may apply to circumstances such as:

  • Product not received;
  • Product materially different from the listing;
  • Counterfeit product;
  • Certain defective products;
  • Other qualifying transaction problems.

Additional eligibility requirements, exclusions, deadlines, and reimbursement limits may apply.

37. CHARGEBACKS

Customers should contact Marketplace Support before initiating a payment dispute where reasonably possible.

If a chargeback is initiated while a return or refund is already being processed, the Marketplace may pause the transaction until the payment provider resolves the dispute.

Nothing in this section prevents customers from exercising rights available under applicable law.

38. EXCHANGES

Exchanges may be available at the Vendor’s discretion or where required by Marketplace policy.

An exchange may be subject to:

  • Product availability;
  • Price differences;
  • Shipping costs;
  • Vendor policy;
  • Applicable law.

If an identical replacement is unavailable, a refund may be provided instead.

39. WARRANTY REPLACEMENTS

When a product is covered by a Vendor or manufacturer warranty, the applicable warranty provider may determine whether the product will be:

  • Repaired;
  • Replaced;
  • Refunded;
  • Reconditioned.

Warranty terms may differ from Marketplace return terms.

40. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For international orders, return procedures may differ because of:

  • Customs;
  • Import duties;
  • Export requirements;
  • Carrier restrictions;
  • Local laws;
  • International shipping costs.

Customers should review the applicable international return terms before purchase.

41. CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

For international transactions, customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or import fees unless otherwise stated.

Refunds of customs duties or import charges may be subject to the rules of the applicable jurisdiction and customs authority.

42. HIGH-VALUE ELECTRONICS

For high-value electronics, the Marketplace or Vendor may require:

  • Signature confirmation;
  • Identity verification;
  • Serial-number verification;
  • Photographic evidence;
  • Video evidence;
  • Insured shipping;
  • Additional return verification.

These measures are intended to prevent fraud and protect both customers and Vendors.

43. POLICY CHANGES

We may update this Return and Refund Policy from time to time.

The version applicable to an order will generally be the policy in effect when the order was placed, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Material changes may be communicated through the Platform or other reasonable means.

44. APPLICABLE LAW

Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Where applicable law provides customers with greater return, refund, warranty, or consumer-protection rights than those described here, the applicable law will control.
