Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last Updated: Oct. 11, 2026
Thank you for shopping with LogicWise Marketplace.
LogicWise Marketplace is a multi-vendor electronics marketplace that connects customers with independent vendors selling products such as laptops, desktop computers, mobile phones, tablets, computer components, monitors, networking equipment, accessories, gaming products, and other electronics.
Because products may be shipped by different vendors, shipping times, costs, carriers, and delivery options may vary by product and vendor.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how shipping works on our marketplace.
1. Marketplace Shipping Model
LogicWise Marketplace operates as a multi-vendor marketplace.
Unless otherwise stated on a product listing:
- Products are shipped by the individual vendor who sells the product.
- Vendors are responsible for properly packaging and shipping their products.
- Vendors are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Vendors must ship orders within the handling time stated on the product listing.
- Vendors are responsible for providing tracking information when required.
- LogicWise Marketplace provides the marketplace platform and customer-support services relating to orders.
The applicable vendor may be identified on the product page, checkout page, order confirmation, or within the customer’s account.
2. Shipping Information on Product Listings
Each product listing should provide applicable shipping information, which may include:
- Shipping price;
- Available shipping methods;
- Estimated handling time;
- Estimated delivery time;
- Shipping locations;
- Carrier information;
- Tracking availability;
- Restrictions or exclusions; and
- Any special shipping requirements.
Customers should review the shipping information before placing an order.
3. Processing and Handling Time
Handling time is the amount of time a vendor generally needs to prepare an order for shipment.
Unless otherwise stated on the product listing, vendors should normally ship orders within [1–3 business days] after payment has been successfully processed.
Handling times may be longer for:
- Custom-configured computers;
- Special-order products;
- Refurbished electronics requiring testing;
- Large or fragile equipment;
- Products requiring special packaging;
- Products subject to additional verification; or
- Orders placed during holidays or promotional periods.
The estimated handling time should be displayed on the applicable product listing whenever reasonably possible.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin after the vendor ships the order.
Typical delivery estimates may be:
Standard Shipping: [3–7 business days]
Expedited Shipping: [1–3 business days]
Overnight Shipping: [1 business day]
These are estimates and are not guaranteed unless the applicable shipping service expressly provides a guaranteed delivery commitment.
Delivery times may be affected by:
- Carrier delays;
- Weather;
- Holidays;
- Address errors;
- Customs;
- Natural disasters;
- Transportation disruptions;
- High shipping volumes;
- Security inspections; or
- Other circumstances outside the vendor’s or marketplace’s reasonable control.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges may vary depending on:
- Product size and weight;
- Shipping destination;
- Shipping method;
- Vendor;
- Carrier;
- Delivery speed;
- Insurance requirements; and
- Special handling requirements.
The applicable shipping cost should be displayed before the customer completes checkout.
Some vendors may offer free shipping on qualifying products.
Free shipping does not necessarily mean expedited shipping.
6. Multiple-Vendor Orders
Because LogicWise Marketplace is a multi-vendor marketplace, one customer order may contain products from multiple vendors.
When products are purchased from different vendors:
- Products may ship separately.
- Each vendor may use a different carrier.
- Each package may have a separate tracking number.
- Packages may arrive on different dates.
- Shipping charges may be calculated separately.
- A customer may receive multiple delivery notifications.
Customers should review the order details in their account for vendor-specific shipment information.
7. Shipping Carriers
Vendors may use reputable shipping carriers appropriate for the product and destination.
Examples may include:
- USPS;
- UPS;
- FedEx;
- DHL;
- Regional carriers; and
- Other approved delivery services.
The available carrier may vary by vendor and product.
LogicWise Marketplace may establish minimum shipping standards or restrict certain carriers when necessary to protect customers and vendors.
8. Tracking Information
When tracking is available, vendors should provide tracking information through the marketplace.
Customers can generally view tracking information by:
- Signing into their LogicWise Marketplace account.
- Opening My Orders.
- Selecting the applicable order.
- Selecting the shipment or tracking information.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after the package has been accepted by the carrier.
9. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
Before completing an order, customers should verify:
- Name;
- Street address;
- Apartment or unit number;
- City;
- State or province;
- ZIP/postal code;
- Country; and
- Contact information when required.
LogicWise Marketplace and vendors may not be responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, except where required by applicable law.
10. Address Changes
Customers should contact LogicWise Marketplace or the applicable vendor as soon as possible if they need to change a shipping address.
An address change may not be possible after an order has been shipped.
If the package has already entered the carrier’s network, the customer may need to contact the carrier directly.
LogicWise Marketplace does not guarantee that an address-change request can be completed.
11. Delivery Confirmation
Depending on the product, value, vendor, or shipping method, a delivery may require:
- Signature confirmation;
- Adult signature;
- Identification;
- Delivery confirmation; or
- Another form of verification.
High-value electronics may require signature confirmation to reduce the risk of theft or unauthorized delivery.
12. High-Value Electronics
For high-value products such as:
- Laptops;
- Smartphones;
- Desktop computers;
- Graphics cards;
- Servers;
- Cameras;
- Premium monitors;

- Other high-value electronics,
vendors may use additional security measures such as:
- Signature-required delivery;
- Shipping insurance;
- Tamper-evident packaging;
- Serial-number documentation;

- Other reasonable security measures.
13. Damaged Packages
Customers should inspect packages when they are delivered.
If a package appears visibly damaged, customers should, where practical:
- Photograph the package before opening it.
- Photograph the shipping label.
- Photograph any visible damage.
- Document the condition of the product and packaging after opening.
- Contact the vendor or LogicWise Marketplace promptly.
Customers should retain the original packaging until the matter has been resolved.
Additional photographs or other information may be requested to assist with a shipping claim.
14. Damaged Electronics
If an electronic product arrives damaged or does not function because of apparent shipping damage, the customer should contact the applicable vendor as soon as possible.
The vendor or marketplace may request:
- Photographs;
- Video of the product’s condition;
- Packaging photographs;
- Shipping labels;
- Serial numbers;
- Tracking information; or
- Other relevant information.
Depending on the circumstances, the customer may be offered a replacement, repair, refund, or another appropriate remedy under the applicable Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
15. Lost Packages
If tracking indicates that a package has not been delivered within the expected delivery period, customers should contact LogicWise Marketplace or the applicable vendor.
The vendor may be required to:
- Contact the carrier;
- Open a carrier investigation;
- Provide shipment documentation; or
- Provide another appropriate resolution.
Customers should not automatically assume that a package is lost solely because tracking has not updated for a short period.
16. Packages Marked “Delivered”
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should:
- Check around the delivery location.
- Check with household members or building management.
- Check whether the carrier left the package in an alternative location.
- Contact the carrier where appropriate.
- Contact the vendor or LogicWise Marketplace.
For high-value products, additional verification may be required.
LogicWise Marketplace may investigate delivery disputes based on available tracking information and other evidence.
17. Incorrect or Missing Items
Customers should contact the applicable vendor if:
- The wrong product was shipped;
- A product is missing from the shipment;
- Accessories are missing;
- The package contains a different product; or
- The quantity received is incorrect.
The issue should be reported as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

International orders may be subject to:
- Customs duties;
- Import taxes;
- Brokerage fees;
- Customs clearance charges;
- Local taxes;
- Import restrictions;
- Documentation requirements; and
- Other government charges.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges may be the customer’s responsibility.
International delivery estimates may vary significantly because of customs processing and local delivery conditions.
19. Customs and Import Restrictions
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered internationally can legally be imported into the destination country.
Certain electronics may be subject to:
- Radio-frequency regulations;
- Power or electrical standards;
- Battery shipping requirements;
- Telecommunications restrictions;
- Import licensing;
- Product certification requirements; or
- Other regulatory requirements.
LogicWise Marketplace and individual vendors may restrict international shipping of certain products.

Products containing batteries may be subject to special transportation, packaging, labeling, and carrier requirements.
Examples include:
- Laptops;
- Smartphones;
- Tablets;
- Power banks;
- Cameras;
- Battery-powered tools;

- PO Boxes;
- Military addresses;

Vendors may purchase shipping insurance for qualifying shipments.
Whether a shipment is insured may depend on:
- Product value;
- Carrier;
- Shipping method;
- Vendor;
- Destination; and
- Applicable insurance terms.
Insurance does not necessarily change the customer’s rights under applicable consumer protection or marketplace policies.
24. Delivery Delays
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed.
If a shipment is delayed, customers should first review the carrier tracking information.
If the delay exceeds the applicable expected delivery period, customers may contact the vendor or LogicWise Marketplace for assistance.
Repeated or unreasonable shipping delays may result in marketplace action against a vendor.
25. Vendor Shipping Standards
Vendors are expected to:
- Ship orders within their stated handling time.
- Use appropriate protective packaging.
- Use accurate shipping labels.
- Provide valid tracking information when required.
- Avoid unreasonable shipping delays.
- Respond to shipping inquiries.

Failure to meet marketplace shipping standards may result in:
- Warning;
- Listing restrictions;
- Reduced seller privileges;
- Payment holds;
- Suspension; or
- Termination of the vendor account.
26. Packaging Requirements
Electronics should be packaged appropriately to protect against:
- Impact;
- Moisture;
- Static electricity;
- Vibration;
- Crushing;
- Scratching; and
- Other reasonably foreseeable shipping damage.
Fragile or high-value electronics may require additional protective packaging.
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that products are appropriately packaged for shipment.
27. Signature Requirements
LogicWise Marketplace or a vendor may require a signature for certain shipments based on:
- Product value;
- Product type;
- Destination;
- Fraud risk;
- Carrier requirements; or
- Insurance requirements.
If signature delivery is required, customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment.
28. Returns and Return Shipping
Returns are governed by the LogicWise Marketplace Refund & Returns Policy.
Depending on the reason for the return:
- The vendor may provide a prepaid return label.
- The customer may be responsible for return shipping.
- The marketplace may provide return-shipping assistance.
- Special shipping arrangements may apply to oversized or hazardous products.
Customers should not ship a return until they receive the appropriate return instructions.
29. Shipping Fraud and Abuse
Customers and vendors may not engage in fraudulent shipping activity.
Prohibited activity may include:
- Providing false tracking numbers;
- Claiming shipment when an item was not shipped;
- Manipulating tracking information;
- Filing false lost-package claims;
- Sending an unrelated product;
- Using another person’s shipping account without authorization;
- Repeatedly claiming packages were not delivered when delivery is verified; or
- Other fraudulent shipping practices.
LogicWise Marketplace may investigate suspected shipping fraud and take appropriate action.
30. Marketplace Support
LogicWise Marketplace may assist customers and vendors with shipping-related problems.
However, because vendors are responsible for fulfilling their own orders, certain shipping issues may need to be resolved directly with the applicable vendor or carrier.
LogicWise Marketplace may request relevant information from both parties when investigating a shipping dispute.
31. Shipping Restrictions
LogicWise Marketplace may restrict shipping to certain:
- Countries;
- States or territories;
- Regions;
